It usually takes less than a minute to read, index, and highlight a transcript. If you choose the "Include AI Summary" option, it can take several minutes, depending on length. For example, a 400-page deposition can take over 15 minutes to process with AI; most depositions will take considerably less time.

We store the deposition transcript, summaries generated, and any notes or excerpts you make for the purpose of allowing you to save your work and come back to it later. Depositions are saved when you first analyze them, every few minutes while you are working on them, and when you click "save" or "download."
We give you control over the storage of your depositions. You can delete them at any time from your library. Once you delete a deposition, it is permanently removed from our servers and cannot be recovered.
We store identifying information about you when you register as a user for authentication purposes. We also log each user, the file name of the document processed, keywords, and date/time to help with continued development and bug fixes. You can check out what we store about you in our Terms and Conditions. -
esumry can only be used to process text format (.txt) files (like Notepad). It will not work with condensed or mini-script transcripts, pdf files, or e-Legal™ formats, or with files converted to text files from any of those formats.
